unverified means the notes say it, but nobody double-checked it, or two notes disagree.
"Cost" means money actually spent. The bots' own running cost for NWR work was never written down separately, so it's not included.

1 · The short version

Between Sep 29 and Oct 10, your bots checked NWR's website, fixed 3 things on it, and put 4 new city pages live (Renton, Federal Way, Kent, Puyallup). They also set up Google Search Console under NWR's own new Google account and confirmed who has access to NWR's Google listing.

They ranked 52 listing websites for NWR. With you doing a few steps on your phone, Yelp, Nextdoor, Manta and HomeGuide got fixed or set up, and every pay-per-lead site (Angi, Thumbtack, BuildZoom and others) was kept out.

The biggest thing they found: 52 real people asked for a quote on NWR's website (Apr 2025 to Sep 2026), and there's no record anyone ever answered them. Nobody knows where those form emails go.

A full $300 Google Search ad test and an Apple Maps listing are written up but not started, and $0 has been spent on NWR so far. Almost everything left needs your OK, or a fact from Jerry.

Bot names: nwr-bot = your second Grok Bot account (also posts as "adminbot"). NWR Chief of Staff = the NWR bot made Sep 30 (also called "NW Builders Chief of Staff", board name nwr-chief). Chief of Staff = your main HOP bot (board name hop-chief). Others: Total Knowledge Bot, NWR Google Search Ads bot, NWR Local Services Badge bot, Grok Bot.

First look at NWR's public pages Checked Google Maps, BBB, state license records and the website. Found the name, address, phone, license, 5.0 stars from 25 Google reviews, and a lot of mix-ups (two spellings of the name, extra phone numbers, a too-wide service area).

Two how-to manuals written for the NWR bots The "NWR Learning Manual" (a.k.a. Local Business Visibility Manual) is the rulebook: check facts first, contact nobody, spend nothing, change nothing without your exact OK. The "NWR Work Record" is only an example from the sister company's work, with names removed. None of its statuses are NWR's.

Website check-up, look only (about 1:25 PM) Logged in to NWR's website admin and changed nothing. Wrote an 18-item fix list. The big ones: the homepage loads a picture from a dental office's website; a broken icon file; the footer "Hours" and "Service Area" words were phone links; no license number shown; the name spelled two ways; wrong cities in picture labels (Covington, Seattle); about 80 unread quote forms; old theme and PHP; a generic "admin" user.

BotBoard set up and the NWR handoff (2:07–2:39 PM) Chief of Staff opened BotBoard, the bots' message board. nwr-bot posted "Part 1 of 3" of everything it knew about NWR, with the manuals and the fix list attached, and passed the website login safely through the Vault. A new NWR Chief of Staff bot was made to take over. Parts 2 and 3 never arrived.

80 website quote forms opened: 52 real leads found All 80 form entries (Apr 3, 2025 to Sep 30, 2026) were read. Opening them marked them "read", and nothing was deleted. After taking out spam, tests and repeats: 52 real people asking for quotes. Some are big jobs: one Puyallup home wants 30 windows, two Auburn homes 18–19 each, another 19 plus a slider. Most leads come from Bonney Lake, Auburn/Lakeland Hills, Puyallup, Graham, Buckley and DuPont. No reply is on record for any of them, and where the form emails go is unknown (maybe the web company, Big Tuna). Nobody was contacted.

At 9:59 PM you said no named window brands, and at 10:14 PM you said to keep Brandi out of NWR. Drafts were trimmed to short pages with a 4-question FAQ by 11:55 PM.

The $300 Google Search ad test: fully planned (~4:18 AM onward) You said: "I want to spend $300 on Google… whatever will generate leads the most." That made Google Search pay-per-click the only exception to the no-pay-per-lead rule. The plan: $10 a day for about 30 days, Search only, shown to people in Puyallup, Sumner, Bonney Lake and South Hill (Edgewood, Orting, Lake Tapps optional), one ad group, 22 keywords, 113 "don't show for" words (DIY, jobs, car glass, blinds…), 18 headlines and 6 descriptions with only safe claims, and ads sending people to the Puyallup page. Stop rule: if about $150 is spent with zero real leads, pause. There's also a planner page (nwr-search-ads-builder.pages.dev) and a Claude project. You said: log in only, don't start it.

Also on BotBoard, but NOT NWR work (Oct 7–9)

nwr-bot spent most of Oct 8–9 helping with your Hapva app. It did a whole-app review ($0), tested builds, researched voice, and ran two "million-name" searches for your app's name ($2.12, then $1.08 with no "Chance" names; winner BookedWins). It also built picture uploads for Council (about $0.004 in tests). Grok Bot built HOP's lead inbox and HOP's plan tab (about $6.60 of AI). None of this changed NWR's website, listings or ads.

4 · Waiting on your OK

  1. Call back the 52 old quote requests. Needs: your OK, and who calls (Jerry or you). Phone, email or both? Why: these are real people who already asked. Money: about $2,400–$4,800 profit if 1–2 become jobs (estimate); about $1 to make the call list.
  2. Find where the website quote emails go. Needs: OK for a bot to look (look only), then OK to add your and Jerry's email. Why: right now new leads may go nowhere. Money: $0.
  3. Build NWR's own lead inbox in Hapva (5-minute alert, reply drafts, day 2/7/21 quote follow-ups). Needs: your "go". Money: about $1,000/month extra profit from the inbox plus about $1,100/month from follow-ups (estimates); costs under $1/month to run.
  4. $300 Google Search test. Needs: confirm or remove the Puyallup page offers ($200 off, zero interest, since 2001), real phone hours, who answers, the click-price cap, tracking setup, linking to the Google profile, then you enter billing. Money: $300 ($10/day), pause at $150 if no real leads. Best to do it after #1–#3.
  5. Real hours. Needs: Jerry to pick Saturday hours (8–5 or 10–3) and when the phone is really answered. Why: "open now" helps you show up on the map. Money: $0.
  6. Fix "North West" → "Northwest" on the website (footer, contact page, forms). Needs: OK on the exact change. Money: $0.
  7. Apple Maps listing. Needs: you confirm the draft's details, plus an EIN or a Unit B utility bill/lease. Money: $0.
  8. Old Yellow Pages record showing another company's number under the old "Northwest Builders & Supply" name. Needs: the Thryv call: rename it to NWR or remove it. Money: $0 (say no to upsells).
  9. More city pages: Bonney Lake/Lake Tapps and Auburn first, then Orting, Edgewood, Sumner. Also fix why Puyallup isn't ranking. Needs: pick the towns and OK each page. Money: about $600/month after 3–6 months (estimate); about $0.25 per page.
  10. Facebook: OK the new bio/hours/license/"Get Quote" button. Delete the misspelled "Nortwest" profile? Pick the first post. Money: $0.
  11. Finish the stuck listings: Bing (easiest: import from Google), Hotfrog, EZlocal, Trustpilot, Alignable, MerchantCircle, Foursquare, HERE, TomTom, and HubSpot. Needs: your emailed codes or robot checks. Money: $0.
  12. Facts from Jerry: are the offers, "since 2001", financing, lifetime warranties, testimonials and "bonded" true? Which brands? Still selling siding or patio covers? What are (253) 891-5439 and the fax number? Which towns does he want? Why: these block the ads and new pages. Money: $0.
  13. Google "Verified" badge ads. Needs: your yes or no on paying per lead, then real insurance quotes. Money: about $93–$151 per lead for window work (Oct 8 research); insurance cost unknown.
  14. Website leftovers + web company access: dental picture, Kent redirect, /blog-post/ page, H1 heading, picture labels, old theme/PHP, "admin" user. Ask Big Tuna for DNS access? Money: $0 to ask.
  15. Old website address (northwestbuildersandsupply.com, now unregistered): buy it back, or just fix the listings? Money: costs money; price not checked.
  16. Paid directories (skip unless you say yes): Localeze $99/yr; Puyallup Sumner Chamber $500/yr + $30; Tacoma-Pierce Chamber $875/yr + $50.

5 · Top 3 next moves (by money)

  1. Call the 52 people who already asked for a quote. It's the fastest money: about $2,400–$4,800 if just 1–2 say yes, for about $1 of bot work. Start with the newest 10 by phone and email the rest. Several want 10–30 windows.
  2. Stop new leads from getting lost. Find where the quote form emails go, send them to you and Jerry, and turn on NWR's lead inbox with a 5-minute alert and day 2/7/21 follow-ups. Estimated ~$1,000–$2,100 a month extra profit, for under $1 a month to run. This also has to happen before any ad money is spent.
  3. Grab the towns the big competitor skipped. Builders Service Company has no window pages for Auburn, Sumner, Puyallup, Bonney Lake or Kent, and NWR's own leads come mostly from Bonney Lake and Auburn. Add Bonney Lake/Lake Tapps and Auburn pages, and fix the Puyallup page so it ranks. Estimated ~$600 a month after 3–6 months, for about $0.25 a page. After that, run the $300 Google test.

All dollar returns are the bots' estimates (Oct 8 marketing deep dive, which assumes about an $8,000 average job). They are not promises.
